While we do have our large VIP group, some clients want more accountability. We provide smaller groups for such a situation.
We do have lifestyle groups for runners, pre and post natal, fitness professionals, etc.
This gives clients the chance to connect to others who are also living the FASTer Way lifestyle similar to theirs.
