Is this program for me if I've lost a lot of weight already?
Yes! However, we want you to keep an open mind, stay positive and trust the process of the program.
We do not focus on weight gain or weight loss. The scale is just one piece of the puzzle and most rely on it too much - which can keep you from actually seeing progress. We focus on non-scale victories, body composition changes like decreased body fat, and daily wins, rather than a number on the scale.
