Do I have to follow a strict meal plan to do this program?

We provide a weekly meal plan for our clients. We have both a regular meal plan and vegan meal plan. This is simply a guide for our clients’ convenience and not required to follow the program.

 

Also the "strict meal plan" are more like the classic diets that always have been on the market, but Dieting is NOT the answer. Rather than focusing on fad diets and quick fixes, the FASTer Way to Fat Loss delivers results through nutrition and fitness principles that are backed by the science of how our bodies work! 

 

You’ve been tricked into thinking that all you need to do is eat less and move more. WRONG! It’s really about giving your body what it needs in order to:
